W&W Renovations is helping a local property investor in Taupo.
This site originally had a small two bedroom cottage on it.
The cottage has now gone, the property is subdivided two bigger houses are being transported to site and we will be fencing, decking, retaining out side and then fixing any roofing/cladding issues then inside for a renovation and having a beer and a bbq with the owner when they are ready to go on the market!
There are lots of different ways to add value to a property, this is a great example of that.
