Out with the old in with the new!

Sometimes it is faster to strip the inside of a house and start again.

This is one of those times!

This re-build is a joint effort between me and the owner (my mother in law) so we are stripping it right out so it can be insulated, re-gibed, the original hard wood floors will be polished and a few walls will be moved to open up the beautiful view over Browns Bay Beach.
